Andre California Brut Sparkling Wine

Happy Wine Wednesday, today I review another sparkling wine. I know the festive season is over but there are lots of things to celebrate, like pay-day coming soon or that you made it mid-week. Any excuse is valid to break out the sparkly. The price point on this was very reasonable, I would recommend this for brunch or  a starter wine.

So I feature André California Brut Sparkling Wine. To the nose I could get hints of pear and apples. It did taste like pear and apples though it was dry as promised, crisp and had a terroir aftertaste.

I would pair this with prosciutto, cold meats, dried meat, roasted plantain, bacon, watermelon, cantaloupe and soft cheese.
