Quick & Easy: Pasta Salad

Once in a while when I can’t be bothered to cook elaborate meals. Pasta Salad is my go to quick & easy meal. I don’t think I will ever get used to having bread with salad…although when in France or Rome…My go to “bread” was a cassava papadam. You should try it, it’s a nice combination. Papadam’s can be bought in ethnic shops or supermarkets depending on where you live. You just need heat to puff it up, no oil needed.

1.1 cup of Pasta

2.1 Green pepper

3. 1 Tomato

4. 100 g of Sandwich ham* optional  ( tuna, egg plant, okra ( lady fingers), tomatoes)

I usually add avocado but I ran out and the store ran out.

Bring the pasta to boil and let it cool. Chop the vegetables and mix it in the bowl.


1. 1 tsp of salt

2. 1 tsp of pepper

3. 1tbsp of vegetable oil* optional

4. 1 tbsp of vinegar

After you add your dressing you are good to go!!!
